How do I set up my shellock?

Open Shellock → go to Settings → tap "Bind New shellock" → hold your NFC tag near the top of your iPhone. The app will read the tag and complete binding automatically.

NFC tap doesn't trigger focus mode

Make sure your iPhone is unlocked and awake. Hold the NFC tag near the top edge of your iPhone for 1–2 seconds. Ensure the shellock is bound to your account in the app.

App blocking doesn't work during focus

Shellock requires Screen Time permission. Go to iOS Settings → Screen Time → enable it, then reopen Shellock and grant the permission when prompted.

Focus session ended unexpectedly

This usually happens when Screen Time permission is revoked. Check iOS Settings → Screen Time and re-authorize Shellock. Do not disable Screen Time while a session is active.

I can't log in / forgot my account

Shellock supports Google, Apple, and email login. If this is your first time using email login, please register an account first.

Google login requires network access to services outside mainland China.

If Apple login shows an email or password error, go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Sign in with Apple, remove Shellock authorization, then try again.

Tap “Forgot password” to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder.

如何绑定 NFC 砖块？

打开 Shellock → 进入「砖块」页面 → 点击「绑定新砖块」→ 将 NFC 标签靠近 iPhone 顶部。App 会自动读取并完成绑定。

NFC 碰触后没有触发专注模式

请确保手机已解锁并亮屏。将 NFC 标签靠近 iPhone 顶边保持 1-2 秒。同时确认砖块已在 App 内完成绑定。

专注期间 App 屏蔽不生效

Shellock 需要「屏幕使用时间」权限。前往 iOS 设置 → 屏幕使用时间 → 开启，然后重新打开 Shellock 并授权。

专注会话意外结束

通常是因为屏幕使用时间权限被撤销。请检查 iOS 设置 → 屏幕使用时间，重新授权 Shellock。专注期间请勿关闭屏幕使用时间。

无法登录 / 忘记账号

Shellock 支持 Google，Apple 登录和邮箱登录。首次邮箱登录需要注册账户

Google登录需要支持访问大陆以外的网络

apple登录如果显示邮箱密码错误，请尝试在设置-我的-苹果登录-取消shellock授权，再次尝试登录

点击“忘记密码”可以重置您的密码。
